Welcome to 26o6.ba. This website represents the 26o6 agency providing strategic marketing campaigns and curated events. Your privacy is important to us. This document explains what data we collect and how we use it, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ZZLP) (Official Gazette of BiH, no. 49/06, 76/11 and 89/11) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The site is informational and does not require registration. Data is collected only in two ways:
(a) Essential (functional) cookies: we use only localStorage to remember your language choice (BS/EN/DE). We do not use Google Analytics, marketing cookies, third-party cookies, and we do not track you across websites.
(b) Contact form: if you send us a message, we collect your name, email address and message content, solely to respond to your inquiry.
Consent (Art. 6.1(a) GDPR / BiH ZZLP): granted via accepting the cookie banner and submitting the contact form with explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1(f) GDPR): to ensure basic functionality and stability of the website.
We never sell your data nor share it with unauthorized third parties.
FormSubmit: the contact form uses the FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) service as an intermediary to deliver messages to our email address. FormSubmit processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
External link: the site contains a link to our sister platform 26o6.com (events platform). By clicking that link you leave this site and are subject to a separate privacy policy of that platform.
The functional localStorage cookie is stored in your browser until you delete it yourself. Messages sent via the contact form are kept until your inquiry is resolved, unless we are legally required to keep them longer.

This site and our services are not intended for persons under 16 years of age. In accordance with BiH ZZLP and Article 8 of the GDPR, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without prior verified consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Additionally, our curated events are strictly intended for persons aged 18 and over (18+).
If we learn that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under 16 without appropriate consent, we will immediately and permanently delete such data from all our systems. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has submitted data without their consent can contact info@26o6.ba for deletion.
We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting your rights will be additionally highlighted.
